Terms & Conditions of Sale:
Apply to all transactions for the sale of goods on this website.
Please read them carefully.
They do not affect your statutory rights.

I may change or alter these terms & conditions at any time.
All changes will take effect from the date they are posted on the website.
Prices:
All prices & charges on this website are shown in British Pounds(GBP) & will include (if any) VAT.
Although I endeavour to ensure that all prices & descriptions are correct & accurate on this website. Sometimes
mistakes are made & errors do occur & prices & descriptions may become mispriced or inaccurately described.
In these circumstances I reserve the right to correct these mistakes at my own descretion. If any item has been bought
at an incorrect price I will inform the buyer asap. I will then give you the oppurtunity to proceed with the sale(with the
price corrected) or to withdraw from the sale.
I will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.
I reserve the right to change & adjust prices, offers, goods, services & specifications of goods on this website
at my descetion. And at any time before(but not after) I accept your order.
Ordering:
a. You will have an oppurtunity to check & correct any typing errors you may have made on your order upto the point
at which you submit your order on the checkout page.
b. All orders made are subject to acceptance by me. I may choose not to accept your order for any reason & I will
not be liable to you or anyone else in these circumstances.
c. After submitting an order I will send you an email of confirmation of your order. This will include your order number
& details of the items that you have ordered from my website.
d. Acceptance of your order & the formation of a contract between us will take place when I send you the confirmation
of your order details due for despatch email.
Right to withdraw goods:
I reserve the right to withdraw any goods from my website at any time.
Payment:
The total cost of your order is the price of your goods, plus any bank card processing & delivery charges, as set
out in the "Delivery Section."
I accept payment by PayPal - financial processing secure systems. This includes the majority of the general credit/debit
cards available today. Payment will be debitted from your account upon or shortly before the despatch of your order.
I am not responsible for your card issuer, bank or building society etc charging you as a result of my processing of your
credit/debit card payment in accordance with your order.
I also accept United Kingdom personnal cheques, postal orders & cash(must be sent by recorded delivery only) as payment.
Please Note:
Orders will only be despatched after your cheques have cleared into my bank account. This can take upto five working days
& will not include any National Holidays or any unforseen circumstances that may occur.
DELIVERY:
All items are despatched as & when they become available.
Using the method of delivery used in the "Delivery Section" of this website. The delivery charge is as set out
in the "Postal Charges Section."
Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have registered with me or to the address on the credit card that
was used to pay for your items. I cannot be held responsible if this is the incorrect address.
On some rare occasions items can get lost in transit. If this occurs please follow the instructions set out in the "Deliveries
Section."
CANCELLATION & RETURNS:
Should you wish to cancel or return any of your goods, you may only do so if you can show that the goods were damaged
whilst in transit.

These terms & conditions of law shall be governed by the laws of England & Wales.
